An attorney specializing in real estate transactions prior to joining Coates in 1991, Andy was initially employed as a Right of Way Agent on a Coates-supported pipeline project. In 1994, Andy was named Vice President of Personnel, overseeing all aspects of employment law and human resources functions.  In addition to his background in real estate and employment law, Andy is experienced in all phases of acquisition, including title search and curative, easement preparation, negotiation, acquisition, damage settlement, condemnation and relocation. In 2020, Andy became the Executive Vice President, and has since been named Chief Operating Officer in 2023. A graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam, Andy received his J.D. degree from Syracuse University and M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the New York, Oklahoma County, and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and the International Right of Way Association.
