Mark Handley | Vice President, Southeastern Division

Mark joined Coates in 2006 as Vice President of the Southeastern Division, Tallahassee, Florida, after a 29-year career with Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee Gas). During his tenure at Tennessee Gas, Mark held positions of increased responsibility which included field operations and corporate headquarters and culminated as Manager of the Property Rights Services Department from 2001-2006. His responsibilities included management of the acquisition, preservation, and disposition of land and right of way associated with Tennessee Gas (now owned by Kinder Morgan), ANR Pipeline (now owned by TC Energy) and their subsidiaries. Said responsibilities comprised of land and right of way activities related to new and existing pipeline facilities, property acquisition/disposition and daily operational support associated with Tennessee Gas and ANR Pipeline systems. Mark is a member of the International Right of Way Association (Tampa- Chapter 26), Southern Gas Association (Past Chairperson of the Right of Way Committee), and Florida Energy Pipeline Association (Past Board Member and Past Chairperson of the Right of Way Committee). He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
